At least 20 dead, including children, as war-damaged building collapses in Gaza

At least 20 to 21 people, including children, have died following the collapse of a war-damaged building in the Gaza Strip. The structure was among thousands in the territory that had been previously impacted by air strikes and subsequently occupied by displaced families with nowhere else to go.
