Girl rescued by free-climbing neighbour from balcony in Turkiye

A young girl was rescued from a third-floor balcony in the Turkish city of Diyarbakir after being spotted dangling from the ledge.

A local man intervened by free-climbing the exterior of the residential building to reach the child and bring her to safety before any further harm could occur.
