The Cuban government has updated and expanded its fiscal incentive system for the use of renewable energy sources. According to Resolution 180 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, published in the Official Gazette on August 9, these tax benefits now extend to the non-state sector, marking a shift in the regulatory framework governing sustainable energy adoption in the country.
