Gobierno declarará emergencia económica por terremoto en Colombia: el Banco Mundial destinará USD450 millones para atender la situación

The Colombian government announced plans to declare a state of economic emergency following an earthquake, as confirmed by Minister of Finance Miguel Gómez Martínez during a joint session of the economic commissions of the Congress of the Republic.

To address the crisis, the World Bank has allocated USD 450 million in funding to support emergency response and relief efforts under the administration of President Abelardo de la Espriella.
