Government plans exit from Santo Domingo to Cibao without traffic lights

The Dominican government has announced a project to eliminate traffic light interruptions on the exit route from Santo Domingo toward the northern Cibao region. The initiative involves constructing new overpasses and underpasses along the Duarte Highway.
