Government and authorities agreed to rebuild the Guamalito police substation in Norte de Santander, following several terrorist attacks

The government under President Abelardo de la Espriella, alongside the public force and local authorities, reached an agreement to rebuild the police substation in Guamalito, located in the department of Norte de Santander.

The decision followed a series of terrorist attacks targeting the facility. The measures were established during a Security Council meeting held in Ocaña, Norte de Santander, aimed at strengthening security actions in the region.
