Google expands in Miami after Page & Brin's $225m Florida homes; leased space quadruples

Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page have bought waterfront homes worth over $225 million in Florida. Their company, Google parent Alphabet, has also expanded its Miami office space significantly. The tech giant increased its leased office footprint more than fourfold recently.

This expansion may have followed the billionaires' establishment of their new Florida residences. The Miami office now occupies approximately 45,000 square feet of space.
