Greece Condemns Houthi Escalation at UN Security Council

On Tuesday, September, the United Nations Security Council convened an emergency meeting to address the worsening situation in Yemen. During the session, Greece formally condemned the ongoing escalation of fighting and targeted attacks by Houthi forces.

Specifically, the Greek delegation denounced Houthi attacks directed at civilians and critical infrastructure located in Saudi Arabia. Officials warned that the sustained military escalation is actively pushing Yemen toward a full-scale conflict.
