Greece Launches Eastern Europe’s Largest Energy Storage Facility

On Thursday, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, alongside senior executives from Metlen Energy & Metals and the Karatzis Group, inaugurated a major new energy storage facility in Nees Karyes, Larissa.

The installation is recognized as the largest standalone energy storage facility in Eastern Europe and ranks among the largest of its kind within the entire European Union.
