Greek Police Foil Turkish Mafia Assassination in Thessaloniki

Greek police have successfully intervened to prevent a violent clash and foiled an alleged assassination plot in Thessaloniki. The operation targeted rival factions of the Turkish mafia operating within the region.

According to authorities, the foiled plot involved the use of a sniper. The intended target of the planned attack was identified as a member of the Daltonlar, a Turkish criminal organization that has recently fractured into opposing rival groups.
