Guatemala: La erradicación de 3,300 arbustos de hoja de coca en Petén, se sumó a la ofensiva antinarcótica de este viernes

Guatemalan security forces conducted a series of anti-narcotics operations this Friday, resulting in the destruction of 3,300 coca leaf bushes in the Petén department. These efforts were part of a broader offensive against illicit drug production in the region.

In addition to the eradication efforts in Petén, the Anti-Narcotics Division of the National Civil Police (SGAIA) seized 10.4 kilograms of marijuana. These seizures occurred during two separate operations conducted in the capital and the Chimaltenango department.
