On the afternoon of Tuesday, September 24, the Spanish Guardia Civil arrested the three occupants of a stolen vehicle near Guadalupe, Cáceres. The suspects had fled after refueling their car without paying, initiating a high-speed pursuit during which the driver even traveled in the wrong direction along the A- highway.

The 100-kilometer flight ended in an unexpected manner when the suspects became trapped among brambles, leading to their eventual apprehension and rescue by law enforcement authorities.
