A brown bear was found dead and another was run over in Palacios del Sil (León) in less than a week

Within the span of a week, two brown bears have been involved in separate wildlife incidents in the municipality of Palacios del Sil, located in the province of León, Spain. One bear was found dead in the mountains of Salientes, while a second specimen was struck by a vehicle near the Ondinas reservoir.

Following the collision, the second bear managed to flee the scene after the impact. Consequently, wildlife authorities have been unable to determine the extent of its injuries or its current condition.
