Hallan 1.500 jilgueros ocultos en un vehículo antes de embarcar en un ferry a Argelia

Spanish authorities discovered approximately 1,500 goldfinches hidden inside a vehicle at the port of Alicante on September 11. The birds were found packed into thirty small boxes, intended for transport on a ferry bound for Algeria. The discovery was made by the Guardia Civil prior to the vehicle's embarkation.
