How long will the State continue to request documents it already has?

The Dominican State's newly operational Single State Interoperability Platform allows various government institutions to exchange data electronically. The implementation of this platform raises questions regarding why citizens are still routinely required to submit physical documents that the government already possesses in its digital databases.
