There are 135,000 unsold cars: why the local market is accumulating a stock equivalent to three months of new car registrations

The Argentine automotive market closed the month of August with an accumulated stock of 135,260 unsold vehicles, an inventory level equivalent to three months of local patent registrations. More than 100,000 of these accumulated units consist of imported vehicles.

This large volume of unsold inventory raises questions regarding market dynamics and the influx of foreign vehicles relative to domestic sales performance.
