Hija de magistrado asesinado pidió a la JEP retirar medallas a militares y ordenar a exintegrantes del M-19 pedir perdón por la toma del Palacio de Justicia

Helena Urán Bidegain, the daughter of murdered assistant magistrate Carlos Horacio Urán, has submitted a formal memorial to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) regarding the 1985 seizure and retaking of the Palace of Justice.

In her petition, she is formally asking the tribunal to strip military personnel of their medals and to order former members of the M-19 guerrilla movement to issue a public apology for the historic events.
