Pinellas joins Pasco, Hillsborough in declaring state of emergency over dengue fever

Three Tampa Bay counties are now under a local state of emergency as officials work to combat the spread of dengue fever. Hillsborough County officials have declared a local state of emergency as dengue fever cases reached a new high in the county.
