Hit-run suspect who falsely claimed he was being chased also may have lied about stabbing near Vancouver Mall, police say

A wrong-way driver was arrested in Clark County on Tuesday as the suspect faces a separate criminal investigation after reporting a stabbing at Vancouver Mall days earlier.
