Holcim vende a la china Huaxin sus operaciones en Filipinas por 700 millones de euros

The Swiss multinational Holcim, a global leader in cement and construction materials, has announced the sale of its Philippine business operations to the Chinese firm Huaxin Building Materials. The transaction is valued at approximately 807 million dollars, equivalent to 700 million euros.
