Man caught driving the wrong way stole the vehicle

A man was arrested by the National Police after being filmed driving against traffic on John F. Kennedy Avenue in Santo Domingo. Authorities confirmed that the vehicle involved in the incident had been stolen from a car dealership located in the Villas Agrícolas sector.
