Authorities in Santander, Colombia, report that the homicide of an Inpec prison official was allegedly ordered by a leader of the criminal organization Tren de Aragua from behind bars. According to the commander of the Metropolitan Police of Bucaramanga, Brigadier General William Quintero Salazar, the directive for the killing originated from an inmate held inside the Palogordo prison located in Girón, Santander.
