Water Law: CACIF requests technical working group and legislators propose socializing the initiative before issuing a ruling

The Coordinating Committee of Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and Financial Associations (CACIF) has formally requested the creation of a technical working group regarding the proposed water law (ley de aguas) in Guatemala. Simultaneously, congressional deputies have proposed socializing the legislative initiative prior to issuing a formal committee ruling (dictaminar).
