Houthis forcing children to fight on Yemen’s battlefields, civil society groups warn

Civil society groups have reported that Houthi forces in Yemen are conscripting children to participate in recent military offensives against government-aligned troops. These reports emerged following the initiation of new attacks by the militia at the beginning of August, which effectively concluded a four-year period of relative stability under a truce.
