How authorities tracked down the masked man accused of terrorizing Philadelphia residents

A man accused of terrorizing at least a half dozen people while wearing a Chucky-style mask in Philadelphia was arrested in Las Vegas, authorities said. Investigators said Hughes was initially staying with a girlfriend but changed locations after his photo was released.
