IAF face of Operation Sindoor Air Marshal Bharti retires

Air Marshal Awadesh Kumar Bharti has retired from the Indian Air Force following thirty-nine years of dedicated service.

During his career, Bharti commanded multiple squadrons and held significant operational appointments across the air force. He served as a key architect and the public face of Operation Sindoor, a military retaliation launched in response to a terror attack.
