ICE plans to give officers gloves that can deliver painful electric shocks

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is planning to acquire thousands of specialized gloves capable of delivering painful electric shocks. The agency intends to spend up to $20 million on these devices, which are officially categorized as conductive distraction and de-escalation tools.
