If you rented your home between 2018 and 2025, you might qualify for part of a $360M settlement

Americans who rented an apartment between Oct. 21, 2025 may qualify for part of a $360 million settlement that was recently reached. The settlement stems from a class-action lawsuit filed against software company RealPage and multiple management companies that used RealPage revenue-management products.
