Nino Dólar ran over and dragged victims after violating a red light

The Ministerio Público has formally charged Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, publicly known as “Nino Dólar,” following a traffic incident involving a motorcycle carrying three people. According to the charges, the suspect ran a red light at the intersection of Abraham Lincoln and Independencia avenues before striking and dragging the victims.
