Nino Dólar ran over and dragged victims after violating a red light

Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, publicly known as “Nino Dólar,” faces charges from the Public Ministry following a traffic incident at the intersection of Abraham Lincoln and Independencia avenues. Authorities allege that Troche Rodríguez violated a red light, resulting in a collision with a motorcycle carrying three individuals. The victims were reportedly dragged during the impact.
