SOUTHWICK – In a split vote, the Select Board approved offering Chief Administrative Officer Nicole Parker a one-year contract to go into effect on June 30, 2027, which is the conclusion of her three-year contract because the board did not abide by the contract’s terms, which included an evaluation of her performance.
