1.3 tons of cocaine seized off the coast of Baní

Dominican authorities seized 1,360 packages of cocaine, with a preliminary weight of 1.3 tons, along with 30 blocks of suspected marijuana during a maritime operation off the southeastern coast of the island near Baní.

The operation was conducted by the National Directorate, targeting drug trafficking activities in the region's coastal waters.
