A patient has been arrested following a fire at a nursing home in Pamplona where a woman died.

A fire broke out at the Padre Menni psychiatric residence in Pamplona on the night of September 19, resulting in the death of a 56-year-old woman. Emergency services reported that 18 other individuals were treated for smoke inhalation following the incident. One of the survivors remains in critical condition as authorities investigate the circumstances of the blaze.
