Independent review finds extensive antisemitism in English schools

An independent review has uncovered extensive antisemitism within English schools, highlighting significant concerns regarding student safety and institutional responses. According to the findings, one in five students overall reported witnessing antisemitism in the school environment.

In addition to the prevalence of reported incidents, the review revealed that many cases went entirely unreported. This underreporting was primarily attributed to a lack of confidence among students and staff that such incidents would be properly addressed by school authorities.
