Indian vessel sinks after being struck by projectile near Yemeni waters, all seafarers rescued

An Indian vessel sank near Yemeni waters on Tuesday after being struck by an unknown projectile, according to India’s Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal. The impact caused the ship to capsize and sink.

All 14 seafarers aboard the vessel survived the incident. According to the Indian shipping minister, the entire crew was successfully rescued by the Yemen coast guard.
