Infanticidio en el Edomex: capturan a un hombre por estrangular a su hijastro de 8 años de edad

Authorities in the Estado de México arrested a man identified as Leonardo "N" on charges of infanticide following the strangulation of his eight-year-old stepson. The arrest was executed via an official warrant issued by the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM).
