Plastics for School Supplies: Learn the rules for participating

The Alcaldía del Distrito Nacional, in coordination with the Ministerio de Educación, is organizing the third edition of the "Plásticos por Útiles Escolares" initiative. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, and involves a community collection drive for plastic bottles.

Participants can drop off their collected plastic bottles during the morning hours, specifically from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In exchange for the plastic materials, attendees will receive school supplies. The joint effort aims to promote recycling while supporting families as they prepare for the school year.
