Interceptor 004 on the Ozama River to improve waste capture

The Ocean Cleanup and the Dominican government have announced plans to install a new waste-collection structure, the Interceptor 004, in the Ozama River by early 2027. The project aims to improve the capture of debris flowing through the waterway.
