NewzA woman has been arrested after allegedly fatally shooting a man during target practice and claiming self-defense.Justin Emmick, 49, of rural Sioux City, Iowa, was fatally shot at a remote area of acreage on July 29, according to the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were called to the scene around 3:10 p.m. and attempted life-saving measures, but Emmick died at the scene.
