Iran says ‘significant progress’ in talks with Oman over Hormuz

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced on Tuesday that significant progress has been made in ongoing talks with Oman regarding the administration of the Strait of Hormuz.

Since the outbreak of the war with the United States on February 28, Iranian forces have imposed restrictions on maritime traffic through the strait, which serves as a vital global energy conduit.
