Iran war escalation raises concern over civilian death toll

A sudden escalation in the Iran war has heightened international concern regarding the growing civilian death toll. The renewed focus follows reports from Iran that 18 people were killed and 108 wounded in the latest wave of United States assaults, which included four deaths and dozens of injuries resulting from a strike on a wedding.
