Iraq closes three Iran crossings as hunt begins for Saudi pipeline attackers

Iraq closed three of its border crossings with Iran on Saturday following a drone attack on a Saudi Arabian pipeline. According to officials speaking to AFP, both Riyadh and Baghdad stated that the drones used in the strike were launched from Iraqi territory.

In response to the incident, Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi took swift internal action on Friday night by dismissing the military commander in Missan province, located near the border, as authorities initiated a formal hunt for the attackers.
