Iraq recovers 190 million cubic feet of associated gas daily from Halfaya field

Iraq has successfully recovered approximately 190 million standard cubic feet of associated gas daily from the Halfaya oil field located in Maysan province. The milestone was confirmed on Monday by the Iraqi Deputy Oil Minister for Extraction Affairs, Nasir Aziz.

The recovered associated gas is being processed through the dedicated gas recovery project established at the Halfaya field. This initiative marks a significant development in Iraq's domestic energy extraction and processing capabilities.
