IRGC official says foreign warships withdrew over 1,000km away from the Gulf

The political deputy of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that foreign warships have withdrawn more than 1,000 kilometres away from the Gulf. According to the official, dozens of foreign warships and vessels had previously roamed the waters of the Gulf.

The statement highlights a reported shift in the military posture and positioning of foreign naval forces operating in the region.
