Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon kills 7 people, Lebanese state media say

An Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon resulted in the deaths of seven people and left three others wounded early Saturday. According to Lebanon's state-run National News Agency, the strike targeted a residential home.
