Israeli man in his 60s dies in Peru after more than three years in prison

An Israeli man in his sixties has died in Peru after spending more than three years imprisoned in the country.

Following notification of his death, the Israeli and Peruvian foreign ministries, alongside the emergency response organization ZAKA, initiated coordination to arrange the repatriation of his remains to Israel for burial.
