Iustitia Europa pide al Constitucional rechazar la petición del Defensor del Pueblo sobre la 'ley de nietos'

The political party Iustitia Europa has filed an urgent motion with the Spanish Constitutional Court to oppose a request made by the Ombudsman, Ángel Gabilondo. The Ombudsman had previously sought an emergency injunction regarding the implementation of the 'Ley de Nietos' (Grandchildren Law).
