JAMB Registrar clears 5 , 000 complaints in five days , takes SERVICOM reforms to candidates

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, has resolved over 5,000 pending candidate complaints within a five-day period. The intervention occurred after the Registrar relocated his office to directly oversee the resolution process.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to implement SERVICOM reforms within the examination body. By personally addressing the backlog, the Registrar aims to improve service delivery and responsiveness to the needs of candidates interacting with the board.
