Japan’s export growth stays solid as shipments of chips jump

Japan's export growth maintained a solid pace, driven by a significant increase in shipments of computer chips. The Ministry of Finance reported that the total value of exports rose by 19.3% compared to the same period from the previous year.

While robust, the latest figures indicate a moderation in growth compared to the previous month, slowing down from the 23.2% gain recorded in July.
