Japanese-French patisserie Pantler to remain open after new owner takes over

Japanese-French patisserie Pantler will remain open under a new owner, averting closure after its original founders step away. The 12-year-old establishment will continue operating at its current River Valley premises.

Alongside the change in ownership, the patisserie's core pastry team will remain with the business. Founders chef Tomoharu Morita and Matthias Phua are departing from the enterprise.
